You've heard of a Croque Madame, but have you heard of a Croque Madame pizza?

Ines Barlerin Glaser is back (aka @lupacotta), and this time it's an indulgent pizza, perfect for brunch, lunch or a midnight snack...pizza is always a good idea.

Step 1:

Stretch the pizza dough out. Looking for a simple but delicious pizza dough recipe? We got your back - click here.

Step 2:

Spread a few crushed ice cubes and butter on the pizza base and load into your Gozney Pizza Oven. Blind bake (cook without the topping) at 371°C-398°C until semi-finished.

Step 3:

Take the base out of your Gozney Dome or Roccbox and top the pizza with gruyere and fresh mozzarella.

Step 4:

Gently break an egg onto the cheese and add layers of prosciutto.

Step 5:

Drop the pizza oven down to the lowest setting and continue baking the pizza until finished. Make sure to keep a careful eye on not overcooking the egg.

Step 6:

Break the yolk, and finish with sea salt and chives.

Okay, it is time to turn your Gozney outdoor pizza oven on and get to work! Why don't you share your pizza with us, just use the #gozneykitchen!
