Jessica Nguyen is a home cook and food creative living in Melbourne/ Naarm, whose mission is to inspire people to cook, drink and throw parties at home for themselves and for the people around them, one Instagram post at a time.
Whilst she has always been obsessed with food, she spent the last 10 years in the beauty industry working in various Marketing & PR roles, before fatefully being made redundant in March 2020 just as COVID-19 was announced a global pandemic. Unprecedented times became an opportunity to finally turn her food passion into a new career, whipping out her Gozney Roccbox and essentially ‘cooking her way out of COVID’ and building it into a full-time business.
