Isobel Little is an Australian chef who enjoys cooking over live fire with exceptional produce. Little is the head chef at Swillhouse Hospitality in Sydney. Before this, she did a long stint at BRAT in London, a venue loved by the locals.
Upon her return to Australia she is reflecting on her up bringing in rural Australia which from a young age had her focusing on the original farm to table concept; sustainable, local and produce driven is what best describes her cookery style.
